Biography:

Joseph Bradley is an active trial lawyer with recent, impressive jury verdicts to his credit. His most recent accomplishments in the courtroom include a jury verdict in March 2005 in the amount of Four Million Dollars on behalf of a young mentally disabled man seriously burned by a defective fryer machine. In 2004 he obtained a jury verdict in a difficult liability case for approximately One Million Dollars, arising from a slip and fall injury sustained by our client at a local car dealership. In addition, he has achieved numerous settlements in excess of a million dollars for a variety of injuries, including wrongful death and other catastrophic and disabling injuries. Joseph is an active member of the State Bar of Nevada, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association. He concentrates his practice in negligence and product liability cases with emphasis on insurance litigation, automobile accidents, products liability, premises liability, and professional malpractice.

Mr. Bradley has written numerous articles and publications and has lectured on the law pertaining to uninsured and underinsured motorist litigation and automobile insurance litigation. He has appeared in the Nevada Supreme Court as lead counsel in precedent setting cases involving issues surrounding automobile insurance coverage. He is a native of Nevada and a graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno and McGeorge Pacific School of Law.
